The Challenge: Create an integrated initiative that allows Citi to drive awareness of its commitment to gender equality over time, both internally and externally.

Strategy: My idea to tackle the ask was to create a new Thank You Rewards card for Citi that supports working caretakers. This card would offer cash back to those purchasing child care merchandise such as diapers, strollers, baby formula and clothes.
